Park Avenue Mixed Use Development:
MG&A created a development
strategy for an under-utilized 3.4-acre site, characterized by decaying
buildings and located within one mile of downtown Charlotte. This
complex mixed-use project successfully resulted in the development
of two mixed- use buildings with shared structured parking. A four-story
retail and office building was constructed along the principal arterial
corridor. The second building, located along the crossing arterial,
contained three floors of condominiums over office/retail. |
