Kings Grant:

The Kings Grant project is a masterplanned community anchored by the 1.4 million square foot Concord Mills Mall. The project includes over 4 million square feet of retail, 2.5 million square feet of office, 3,000 residential units, hotel, parks, greenways, public golf courses, and major transportation and transit improvements.
